Before the lab: raw resin is inspected on arrival, then gently cooked in reverse-osmosis purified water at our partner facility in India, which runs a HACCP food-safety system. It is filtered to remove rock, sand and other insoluble matter, slowly heated to concentrate it back into pure resin, and quality-checked before it is weighed and sealed. Every batch is traceable from raw material.
