Refund Policy

At Jivaka, we believe in the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your Jivaka product, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you have used the product for at least 14 days before requesting a refund, as Shilajit works gradually and results vary by individual.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must have been purchased directly from jivaka.co
  • Opened products are eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee
  • Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, TikTok Shop) must be refunded through those platforms

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@jivaka.co with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]" and include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your request
  • A brief description of your experience

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@jivaka.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same refund policy. To cancel a future subscription charge, please contact us before your next billing date at info@jivaka.co.
