Every Jivaka order is carefully packed and shipped from our facility in the United States. We partner with trusted carriers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping (US): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via your Jivaka order confirmation page.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. If you are located outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping launches, please contact us at info@jivaka.co.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If there is no update after 7 business days from the ship date, contact us at info@jivaka.co and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Jivaka is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@jivaka.co and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
